This creative and exploratory class invites dancers to discover their unique movement voice through guided improvisation. Using a variety of prompts—such as music, imagery, emotion, and spatial awareness—students will explore movement concepts like dynamics, texture, tempo, and intention. Improv Dance encourages risk-taking, self-expression, and freedom in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Open to all levels, this class is ideal for dancers looking to deepen their artistry, creativity, and presence both in and out of choreography.
